Building Maintenance

Footer Town of DoverBuilding Maintenance reports to the Town Administrator who reports to the Board of Selectmen. The Building Maintenance department oversees maintenance of town buildings including the:

  • Caryl Community Center (re-opening expected in late 2024/early 2025)
  • Highway Garage
  • Library
  • Protective Agency Building
  • Town House

Rental Space

Building Maintenance handles scheduling of certain space rental of non-governmental entities use of the Town House Great Hall.
