Door to Door Solicitation in the Town of Dover
Solicitors in the Town of Dover must complete an application for solicitation process before soliciting in town. The process starts with filling out an application and completing a background check at the Police Department. Solicitors will be supplied with a no solicitation list which gives them the addresses of residents who do not wish to have solicitors. They will also be supplied with the solicitation rules for the town.
Door to door sales may be conducted between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
