To request a Certified Abutters list for any purpose, please download the application form (PDF). You may submit your request to the Board of Assessors by mail, fax, or email as an attachment to the Assessor’s Office, but please allow up to ten days for processing.

Fees
As of January 1, 2026 all certified abutters lists will be a flat fee of $50.00. Payment can be made by cash or check payable to the Town of Dover.
