Red Robin Pastures is a Comprehensive Permit application pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 40b at 61-63 County Street. The application is to build 39 rental apartments with public water and private wastewater located on a  two acre site. The Pastures received its full occupancy permit on 7/17/24 and is available for rent.
