The process of coming before the Board of Appeals is as follows:
- File an application with the Town Clerk.
- $150 fee
- Notice in newspaper for 2 weeks
- Notice to abutters
- First hearing
- Site visitation and follow up hearings
- Decision Written
- Decision Filed
- 20 Day Appeal Period
- File an application with the Town Clerk.
