NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PETITION FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS
In accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 166, Section 22, you are hereby notified that the Dover Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing via remote participation on the Zoom platform on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 6:30 PM on the Verizon New England, Inc. and NStar Electric Company d/b/a/ Eversource Energy petition to locate poles, wires, cables and fixtures including the necessary anchors, guys and other such sustaining and protecting fixtures to be owned and used in common by the petitioners, along and across the following public way or ways:
Pleasant Street: Place one (1) JO pole, P.11-1, on the southerly side of Pleasant Street at a point approximately 30’ southwesterly from existing pole, P.11 which is located on the northerly side of Pleasant Street.
Should you wish to view the Public Hearing, details on how to remotely access the Zoom platform shall be provided on the Board of Selectmen’s February 16, 2023 meeting agenda which shall be posted at https://www.doverma.gov prior to the Public Hearing.
